Please read and accept the following Policies & Procedures ~   Notices concerning rent due or low forwarding balance will be emailed. ~   If rent is not paid by it’s due date, a $10 late charge will be incurred. ~   Mail will be held if rent is not paid within 15 days of the due date. ~   Mailboxes will be closed and mail discarded when mailbox rent is 1 month past due unless arrangements have been made with Santa Monica Mailboxes & More personnel. ~   Mailbox renters receiving packages may be required to pay additional forwarding costs. ~   No packages over 20lbs./9kg. may be received/delivered. ~   Lewd/pornographic/obscene material will not be received/deliverd. ~   If shippers lose or damage packages/envelopes, Santa Monica Mailboxes & More will not be held liable.
